BREAKFAST
Breakfast at the Mt. Ashland Inn Bed and Breakfast is a sumptuous affair served in courses at handcrafted tables. Typical of the creative and delicious fare, the prix fixe menu might include a first course of fresh fruit smoothie or lassi, sweet breads, or fresh fruit with homemade granola. The main course might consist of such popular entrees as Oatmeal Souffle, Coconut Croissants, or as shown above, Egg Wheels with Feta Aioli & Pinenuts. Breakfast is always accompanied by homemade jams, locally roasted coffee and juice.

AMENITIES
Feel pampered with our fine amenities. All rooms include large jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, antique dresser, handmade quilts and down comforters, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, thick turkish robes, fine bath products, and much more. Outdoors, after a day of hiking, snowshoeing, skiing or sledding, enjoy the outdoor spa, sauna or horseshoe pit. In the evening, guests can enjoy complimentary beverages by a cozy fire during the winter or on the deck in warmer months. Selections from the delicious Gourmet from Oregon Picnic Menu and an excellent Oregon Wine and Champagne list are a great way to sample some of Oregon's abundance.
