Breakfast at the Mt. Ashland Inn Bed and Breakfast is a sumptuous affair served in courses at handcrafted tables. In the evening, guests can enjoy complementary beverages by a cozy fire during the winter or on the deck in warmer months. Excellent selection of local beer and wine available for purchase.
Typical of the creative and delicious fare, the prix fixe menu might include a first course of fresh fruit smoothie or lassi, sweet breads, or fresh fruit with homemade granola. The main course might consist of such popular entrees as Oatmeal Souffle, Coconut Croissants, or as shown above, Egg Wheels with Feta Aioli & Pinenuts. Breakfast is always accompanied by homemade jams, locally roasted coffee and juice.
With advance notice, food preferences and allergies are happily accommodated to the best of our ability.
