◊ Rates based on double occupancy include a complementary breakfast & beverages throughout the day. We are happy to make reservations for you for other meals at a local restaurant 10-30 minutes away.

◊ Breakfast is a delicious two-course pre-determined affair individually served at hand-crafted tables. We are happy to recognize special dietary needs by prior arrangement.

◊ Add $30 per extra person per night, children under 5 at no charge. Children must be well-supervised at all times in consideration of the Inn and of other guests. We can accommodate pets in the Cottonwood Peak Suite - please inquire in advance.

◊ Smoking is not available anywhere on the property including parking areas due to forest fire hazard.

◊ Check-In is 4pm-6pm and Checkout is 11am. Please arrange alternatives 24 hours in advance.

◊ We have 2-nite minimums on all weekends and holidays.

◊ A deposit equal to one night's stay is required within 7 days of booking and is returnable with 30 days notice less $20 cancellation fee. With less than 30 days notice, deposit is returnable less $20, if all nights are re-booked. Deposit is applicable to all nights of your stay.

◊ Holiday reservations will be paid in full at the time of reservation. In the event of cancellation, payment equal to the portion of the reservation which can be re-booked will be returned.

◊ We can accommodate small weddings, conferences, & family gatherings of up to 12 when booking the entire inn. Well-supervised children under 10 are welcome on such occasions.
